Pre-Authorization

Rental bikes require a pre-authorization on a credit card.

The pre-authorization is not a charge, but a hold on funds that secures our bikes until the bike is returned.

  • Basic hardtail bookings: require a $1000 pre-authorization.

  • Full-suspension bookings: require a $2000 pre-authorization


Cancellation & Changes Policy


NOTE: Cancellations are a time consuming process.

Spots in our programs can be hard to fill, especially last minute

Please understand that any changes to registration, bookings, rentals, including cancellation is subject to a processing fee.

Rental Changes & Cancellations:

  • 24hrs notice or more from the booking date = $15 setup / transaction fee.

  • Cancellations within 24hrs of the booking date - no refund.

  • Rental bikes must be returned 1 hour before the shop closes.

  • Late rental returns will be bumped into the next price bracket.

  • Unused RidePass rentals within the calendar year purchased are non-refundable and will expire Dec 31 of year purchased.

Tour Cancellations:

  • 15 days or of the Tour start date = $30 admin/transaction fee.

  • Within 7-14 days of the Tour start date = 50% refund

  • Within 4-6 days of a Tour start date = 25% refund.

  • Within 72-hours of a Tour start date, or no show = No Refund

  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process

Program and Lessons Changes & Cancellations:

  • All cancellations or changes are subject to a $30 processing Fee.

    • All changes such as; date, program or participant must be done 3-days prior to the program start date.

  • A 5% Non-Refundable Fee* is applied at the time of booking by the Booking Software Program

  • 15 days or more of a program start date = $30 fee + 5% non-refundable fee*

  • Within 7-14 days of a program start date = 50% credit + 5% non-refundable fee*

  • Within 4-6 days of a program start date = 25% credit + 5% non-refundable fee*

  • Within 72-hours of a program start date, or no show = No Credit or refund

Program Credit Policy:
All program specific credits must be used within 1 year of the original date of purchase that the credit relates to


Private Lessons/ Package Completion Policy



Weather Policy

Private Lesson /Package Completion:
All private lessons and packages need to be completed in the calendar year they were booked.
Full Payment will be processed upon the first scheduled lesson date.
Any unfulfilled lessons or packages not fulfilled within the calendar year of the original purchase date, will expire on Dec 15th of that year.



Inclement Weather Policy:
Endless Biking reserves the right to reschedule any program due to inclement weather. However, if Endless Biking can not reschedule or the customer can not attend the rescheduled date no refund or store credit will be issued due to inclement weather.

Air Quality Policy: 
When the Air Quality Health Index for Metro Vancouver - NE is 8 or above, we will offer the option of refund, credit, or a change in program. 


All $500 deposits are non-refundable. There’s a lot of demand for our rental fleet bikes, so we want to ensure all customers get an equal chance to lock in their bike with us.

As you are now the second-hand owner of this bike, you are covered by Rocky Mountain’s Limited Warranty. In addition, your final bill of sale can be used for warranty on the parts and components, which are typically one year from purchase date, so be sure to save your receipt. Claims through Endless Biking may be subject to additional labour charges.

If an issue were ever to arise regarding a defect with your rental fleet purchase, please contact us directly and we will work with you to correct the issue. We have been a long-time partner of Rocky Mountain and they have been very supportive of our business and customers. We are a family run business and want to ensure the best experience possible for you and will do everything that we can to support you through this process.

A 5% processing fee is applied to all transactions. This fee supports our commitment to high-quality service and helps cover software and credit card processing costs. This fee is non-refundable.

Damage Coverage

Damage Coverage: an optional extra protection plan which you can add for piece of mind to your bike rental booking. 

Any damages not covered by our optional Damage coverage will be charged at Retail pricing plus a shop rate of $120/ hour for repairs.

Each of our coverage options helps protect you from unexpected repair costs if your rental bike is damaged during your booking. Whether it’s a small crash or a bigger incident, we’ll got you covered.

We have four different levels of coverage for you to choose from when booking a bike.

  • $15 = $100 of coverage

  • $30 = $300 of coverage

  • $50 = $600 of coverage

  • $75 = $1000 of coverage (best value!!)

Standard Coverage: Coverage amount toward the cost of bike parts or equipment damage (eg: chain ,tires, rims, levers, shifters, derailuer, rotors, forks, stanchions, bars, saddle, dropper-post, helmet, etc)

Declining Coverage: Customer accepts full responsibility for any damages that occur during rental booking.
