GRIP: Girls Riding with Integrity & Purpose
GRIP is a mountain biking program designed to empower young girls and gender-expansive youth. It goes beyond riding skills — it’s about discovering inner strength, building confidence, and creating lasting connections in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Through skill-building sessions, group rides, and shared experiences, riders will develop not only technical ability but also meaningful life skills — like communication, goal setting, and self-reflection. We’ll celebrate progress, support one another, and, most importantly, have a whole lot of fun.
Whether you’re new to mountain biking or ready to take things to the next level, GRIP is a space to grow — both on and off the bike.
