Be a faster, more efficient mountain biker both up & down!

For ten years, our Endurance and Skills Training Program has been helping riders prepare for their best season yet. During this intensive program, you’ll receive professional coaching & instruction designed to improve your bike-specific fitness, handling skills, and overall efficiency.

Endorsed by the BC Bike Race & Spakwus50, this program has been designed by Olympian Andreas Hestler and BCBR winner Cynthia Young. By the end of this program you’ll be prepared to take on your goals with speed and confidence.


Our training plan will kick start your season to get you physically and mentally prepared for adventures, racing, or simply keeping up with your family and friends! We’ll meet up 8 consecutive Wednesday evenings.

Throughout the program, you’ll train with Alejandro Colmenero, Alessandro Ferrari (Cycling Canada Mechanic), Anthony Boussette (aka @pocketpieman) and other guest coaches.

  • Weekly Intervals - Build your engine on Wednesday evenings with interval training loops, a featured weekly skill focus, race tips, and skill-based coaching over ten weeks.

Rider Requirements

Our Endurance and Skills Training Program is not for everyone! Participants must have a moderate level of fitness (Level 3), exercise 2-3times per week, ride blue/black trails (Level 5) on the North Shore trails.

Upon booking you'll receive a confirmation email and attached itinerary. Included in the Itinerary are specifics about the programs, meeting locations, and what to bring and expect.
